This involves the use of coconut oil and vanilla it has a deep moisturizing effect, restoring the energy and balance of the whole body.
Pinda Massage
It is a combination of massage and sweating therapy a great body destress also beneficial for musculoskeletal problems like rheumatoid arthritis. The body and it’s aching joints are massaged vigorously with warm herbal bags prepared by Amarily with locally sourced herbs. This drains toxins giving relief to pain and tension in affected areas.
Thai Massage
This is a bodywork technique that originates from Asia. Amarily uses a floor mat, props and pillows to make sure you are comfortable. It is a full body massage that progresses for the feet leading to the face & scalp with various styles of movement. The sen ( energy lines) are the focus of the massage, stretching postures and gentle rocking can be incorporated. This sequence is to move blocked energy from the body & stimulate blood flow. Different adaptations are made for all body types. Amarily will chat to you first and work accordingly.
Hot Stone Massage
It is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, flat, heated stones that are placed on specific points on your body. Amarily may also hold the stones during the massage to apply heat. The localized heat & weight of the stones will help improve circulation and warm tense muscles, allowing Amarilly to apply deeper pressure.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural technique based on the existence of reflex points in different parts of the body, which correspond to the organs and glands of the body.
During a reflexology session these points are worked through pressures and systematic movements usually performed with the fingers, which will produce a reflex response in the corresponding organs with whom they are intimately related.
The result of these touches in the reflex networks is a reset or reinitialization of our internal environment: the blood circulation, and also the nervous communication, generating from the first moment relaxation, decrease of pain and improvement of the present symptoms. Reiki can be defined as a non-physical healing energy made up of life force energy that is guided by the Higher Intelligence, or spiritually guided life force energy. This is a functional definition as it closely parallels the experience of those who practice reiki. In that reiki energy seems to have an intelligence of its own flowing where it is needed in the client and creating the healing conditions necessary for the individuals needs. It cannot be guided by the mind, therefore it is not limited by the experience or ability of the practitioner.
Never can it be misused as it always creates a healing effect. It must be kept in mind that Reiki is not the same as simple life force energy as life force energy by itself can be influenced by the mind and because of this, can create benefit as well as cause problems including ill health.
