AWAKENING YOUR CHAKRAS

Start Date: May 1, 2026
End Date: July 31, 2026
Schedule: Available every other week

Get ready to dive into an adventure through the seven chakras – the energy centres that influence your vitality, emotions, and spirit. Over our time together, we’ll discover the power of each chakra, guiding you to release, recharge, and reconnect with your truest self. Your journey begins with a ritual tea ceremony – a moment to pause, arrive fully, and set your personal intentions. It’s your first step into a space of community, healing, and transformation.

Your Chakra Adventure

Each day is a deep dive into one chakra – its colour, element, energy, and wisdom. We’ll work with each Chakra in turn using practices that anchor you into your body, explore creativity, power, love, truth, vision, and pure connection. This is a full-bodied exploration of energy, emotion, and spirit.

Morning Practices

Start your day with dynamic, energising yoga inspired by the chakra of focus. Flow through Hatha, Vinyasa, and Mandala sequences that challenge, strengthen, and awaken. Each practice begins with meditation to tune in to the day’s energy and intention.

Evening Practices

Close each day with soothing, restorative yoga and meditation to calm the body and mind. Our guided Meditation practices draw from global traditions, offering different ways of nourishing your heart and spirit. By the end of this journey you’ll feel lighter, brighter, and more in tune with yourself – balanced from root to crown, connected to your energy, and glowing with renewed vitality. You can also add in other elements to enhance your stay with us, ice baths, sound healing, and wonderful massages to name a few!

Your Yoga Journey

Our Yoga classes are dynamic and energising in the mornings, soothing and restorative in the evenings – the perfect balance of action and ease. Along the way, you’ll explore pranayama (breathwork), mudras (gestures), mantras (affirmations), and the bliss of savasana. Meditation here is about finding what truly works for you. Whether you’re brand new or an experienced meditator, you’ll discover practices you can take home – your own toolkit for calm, clarity, and connection.

And with the magic of Rustic Retreats as your backdrop – wild nature, stillness, and presence – you’ll remember what it feels like to be deeply grounded, fully alive, and part of something bigger.

THE YOGA OF LIFE: YAMAS AND NIYAMAS

Start Date: May 8, 2026

End Date: July 23, 2026

Schedule: Available every other week

The Yamas and Niyamas draw us into the roots of yoga philosophy – they are the guiding principles for living with honesty, compassion, and inner freedom. This retreat is about weaving yoga off the mat and into daily life, with practices that help you find alignment in body, mind and soul in order to create more freedom. On arrival, you will be welcomed with a ritual tea ceremony to connect and set intentions.

Your Yamas and Niyamas Journey

In our practices we'll explore different Yama's or Niyama's, bringing them into focus through meditation, movement, and reflection. We begin with Ahimsa – kindness and non-violence – and explore how it shapes the way we treat ourselves, others, and the world around us.

Morning Practices
Morning sessions will be uplifting and dynamic, and a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Mandala flow. Evenings will have a slower pace and feel slow. In our Meditation practices you can explore the depth and power of a variety of meditations drawn from traditions such as Mantra and Mauna (silence). Our daily workshops are a mixture of creativity, joy and play, reflection and activity.

Evening Practices

By the end of your Yoga holiday, you’ll not only feel refreshed in body and mind, but you’ll also carry home practical tools and deeper insights to live with greater harmony, integrity, and ease. You can make your stay personal to you by adding in extras like flying in Aerial Yoga, floating (yes, we mean that literally!) through a heavenly soundbath or booking yourself in for a breathwork session.

Your Yoga Journey

In the mornings we’ll flow through dynamic sequences that awaken and strengthen. Evenings invite gentle restoration, guiding you into deep relaxation and calm. Along the way, you’ll explore breathwork, mudras, mantras, and the pure bliss of savasana. Meditation becomes a practice that fits you, not the other way around. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave with practical tools and techniques to carry calm, focus, and connection into your everyday life.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Rustic Retreats, surrounded by untamed nature and quiet presence, you’ll rediscover what it feels like to be grounded, fully alive, and part of something larger than yourself.

Back To Your Body Yoga/Detox

Start Date: September 4, 2026

End Date: November 5, 2026

Schedule: Available every other week

Come back to the simple, powerful basics: breath, body, and presence. Back To Your Body is a grounding week designed to help you reset your rhythm, rebuild a steady yoga practice, and gently clear space for healthier habits — without pressure, perfection, or extremes.

From the moment you arrive, we’ll slow everything down. We begin with a warm welcome and a settling-in ritual — a chance to land, exhale, and set a personal intention for your week. Think mountain air, nourishing food, and a soft return to what’s real: how you feel in your own skin, and what you need to feel well.

Your Back-To-Body Reset

This retreat is an invitation to reconnect to the wholeness of your “being alive” experience — movement and stillness, strength and softness, body and mind.

Across the week, we’ll focus on Yoga Foundations: a supportive format that helps you understand the “why” behind the poses, build safe alignment, and create a practice you can actually take home with you. Alongside that, we’ll weave in a gentle detox-inspired rhythm — simple, nourishing choices that support clarity and lightness (without any medical claims or harsh protocols).

Expect a slower pace, more guidance, and plenty of space to rest, reflect, and let nature do what nature does best.

Morning Practices

Mornings are for waking up from the inside out. You’ll move through steady, accessible yoga designed to build strength, balance, and confidence — with clear breakdowns of common postures and lots of options to adapt the practice to your body.

We’ll explore alignment, energetic flow, and the foundations that make yoga feel good (not forced). Each morning begins with a moment of meditation to arrive fully, followed by movement that’s focused, supportive, and quietly energising.

Breathwork (pranayama) is introduced in an approachable way — simple practices you can return to anytime you need steadiness, space, or calm.

Evening Practices

Evenings are where everything softens. Expect gentle slow Hatha, deep release, and Yoga Nidra to help your nervous system unwind and your whole body settle into rest.

These sessions are designed to feel like a homecoming — less doing, more being. The kind of practice that leaves you sleeping deeply, breathing more freely, and waking up with that rare feeling of having truly rested.

And if you’d like to enhance your week even further, you can add in extra elements during your stay — ice baths, sound healing, and wonderful massages, to name a few.

Your Yoga Journey

Yoga means union. It’s more than postures — it’s the ongoing practice of re-uniting body and mind, movement and awareness, inner presence and breath.

This retreat supports all levels: it’s ideal if you’re newer to yoga and want a clear, safe starting point — and it’s equally powerful for experienced practitioners who want to return to the basics and “water the roots.”

You’ll be guided through a variety of traditions, sometimes using props (blocks, blankets, straps) for comfort and stability. More than anything, you’ll leave with a grounded toolkit: practices that help you feel steady, clear, and connected — long after you’ve left the mountains.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Rustic Retreats, surrounded by untamed nature and quiet presence, you’ll rediscover what it feels like to be grounded, fully alive, and part of something larger than yourself.

The Power of Now

Start Date: September 11, 2026

End Date: October 29, 2026

Schedule: Available every other week

The Power of Now is an invitation to step out of the noise of everyday life and into the only place you can truly live: this moment. Guided by the rhythm of nature and the simplicity of off-grid living, this week is about slowing down enough to listen — to your breath, your body, and the quiet wisdom that’s always been there underneath it all. On arrival, you will be welcomed with a ritual tea ceremony — a moment to land, connect, and set intentions.

Your Present-Moment Immersion

“Accept – then act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it. Make it your friend and ally; not your enemy. This will miraculously transform your whole life.” — Eckhart Tolle.

Throughout this retreat, we’ll explore what it means to meet life as it is — with steadiness, softness, and awareness. The yoga classes and workshops will gently guide you back into the body: the place where presence becomes real, and where the mind naturally begins to quiet.

This is a full immersion into the magic of living off-grid — waking with the light, moving with the air and the mountains, and remembering how simple it can be to feel truly alive.

Morning Practices

Mornings are rooted in classical Hatha Yoga, taking us deeper within and preparing the ground for meditation and more subtle levels of awareness. We’ll work with individual asanas (poses) to support safe alignment and a steady, embodied practice.

Along the way, you’ll be guided through pranayama (breath / life force activation), mudras (sacred gestures), mantra (healing sound currents), and bandhas (energy locks). Some gentle flow sequences will be woven in occasionally, alongside sound, imagery, guided meditation, and deep relaxation — all supporting a calm, clear return to the present.

Evening Practices

Afternoons and evenings invite a slower pace, with restorative, Yin-inspired practices. We’ll hold postures for longer periods to stretch, soften, and release the deeper tissues — creating space not just in the body, but in the mind as well.

These sessions are designed to soothe the nervous system, deepen rest, and leave you feeling grounded and spacious — the kind of quiet that stays with you long after you step off the mat.

Your Yoga Journey

This retreat blends the steadiness of Hatha with the deep unwinding of restorative practice — a balance of structure and surrender. You’ll explore breathwork, meditation, and subtle yogic tools that help you meet the moment with more ease and awareness.

Whether you’re new to these practices or returning to them with fresh eyes, you’ll leave with a simple, powerful toolkit: ways to come back to centre, again and again, in real life — not just on retreat.

And with the magic of Rustic Retreats as your backdrop — wild nature, stillness, and presence — you’ll remember what it feels like to be deeply grounded, fully alive, and part of something bigger.
