Thankyou for sharing your home with me and all the gorgeous people I have shared this week with. I arrived with a frantic mind, a tense body and shallow breath. I am leaving with a mind full of images, a body that's relaxed and a much less frantic brain. Thankyou for taking care of Elliot and Mr M. The yoga retreat was, as every year amazing and I will for sure come back again next year. Thankyou for finding Marlene as a teacher. She is amazing. I am very inspired by you, to take life more like, as we say in Swedish. "en klackspark" or as you say "have fun" I learnt a lot and every time i'll forget about all wisdom.
