Inviting our senses to our Yoga practice

August, the month of Courage, Strength and Enlightenment, will be the perfect time for our Fusion Retreat at Rustic Retreats.
I am very happy and excited to be able to share this experience with you. We will explore Yoga, Meditation, ourselves and the stunning area around Bagend – with focus on inviting our senses into this experience and observing them from not only outside but also from within. We will start our days with a Yang-ish Hatha meets Vinyasa experience to fully activate ourselves and allow us to dive into the day with a loving set of Sun Salutations and various Asanas connected by a balanced mix of Vinyasa and Hatha.
Throughout the day we will observe our energy and emotions, experiencing the different styles of meditation and exploring activities of mindfulness. You will get some tools for the time after Rustic Retreats – so anything you learn, and experience will be part of you at the end of this Retreat.
Inspired by the atmosphere and the nature around Bagend we will explore our senses during the workshops where we will invite our nose, our eyes, our mouth, our ears and our skin to fully join us on this journey and allow ourselves to become fully present.
In the evenings, we will explore the world of Yin-Yoga. Relaxing the mind and focusing on our muscles for the deeper connection with ourselves and to release any emotional weight before settling for the final meditation and the magic of the night.
