Chakra Balancing Retreat

A Holiday is an extended period of leisure and recreation. A Retreat is the act of moving back or withdrawing. A Yoga Retreat is the best of both!!!
This year I am returning to Rustic Retreats, and am so excited to be coming back this time as a teacher. My main focus will be on balancing the Chakra System, which will bring a sense of balance into our life on a physical, emotional and spiritual level whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
Using Yin and Yang styles of yoga at the beautiful space that is Bagend, you will be giving yourself time to create balance. The Yang morning practice energising you and the Yin evening practice offering stillness and quietness. I will show you how to get to know yourself on a deeper energetic level, by exploring yourself as a human and a spiritual being by bringing a sense of fun and lots of laughter and playfulness at this retreat.
Connection: A Yoga Retreat gives you time to connect with yourself, the environment and others. An opportunity to breathe clean air, to live with nature and meet like minded people, perhaps have deep and meaningful conversations with others, to make friends for life, all with the time to do it.
Time for fun: Our yoga retreat will remind us how to be a child again, not just in happy baby pose but how to laugh at our self and how to prioritise and not sweat the small stuff. On a retreat with no responsibilities, nowhere to go, nothing that has to be done, this is time to laugh and play. Discover nature like you did as a child, laugh with friends, get creative, chill out in the hammock or in the pool.
Self Love: This time on your Yoga Retreat is all about looking after yourself. Amazing, fresh, healthy food; Waking up with the sun and starting your day with yoga and meditation on the mountainside; Learning something new in one of the workshops; Taking time to read a book by the pool; Taking easy strolls in nature and enjoying other treats like a massage or reiki session. What better way to Love your body, mind and spirit, than treating yourself to the self care and self respect you deserve.
I am excited to share this special time with you. My yoga classes will be a mixture of Hatha and Yin Yoga. Bringing about perfect balance of feminine and masculine energy that resides within us all. Each class will have a focus on a specific Chakra helping us to learn where we might need more healing in our life. The daily workshop will be a fun way of getting to know one another, to learn something new and explore different aspects of how to live a happier, healthier life.
