Yoga Foundations
Yoga Foundations is a perfect format for beginners. It will focus on improving your basic understanding
of yoga and building a safe and sustainable practice. The classes decompose many of the common poses
in yoga as well as help you to find your alignment, balance, strength and energetic flows. The teacher will
assist you in modifying your postures to enable you to achieve a better technique.
Teachings will include some introductory pranayama practices using the breath. We include poses from
numerous traditions and occasionally utilize yoga props (blocks, blankets, straps, etc) for a better comfort
and stability. On the evenings, yoga nidra and gentle slow hatha will prepare you for the best ever night of
Expect a slow rhythm, with more concentration and focus. Yoga Foundations is suitable for all levels :
perfect for beginners, it’s also a wonderful opportunity for advanced practitioners to come back to the
basics and to water your roots.

For being able to grow and expand, we need to feel safely grounded in the first place. This workshop will
guide you through different kinds of grounding techniques, using the breath as an anchor to physical,
meditative and visualization experiences. You’ll feel as strong and solid as a baobab, while as flexible as a

recipe, along with an instructive chat with a nutrition specialist, and enjoy the rare chance to learn from

How much freedom in our daily life do we offer our body to express the exact way it wants to ? And yet,
our first way of expression as a child, even before walking, is following rhythms of music with
movement, as to say : dancing. Free dance is one of the most liberating way of expression we can offer to
ourselves. It allows us to let go of any unnecessary weight we might carry, and to re-encounter with our
very first nature : pure joy.


Feel the energy - Approaching subtle bodies

You often hear about people who radiate with happiness or serenity, or people with a special ‘aura’.
According to many traditions and what can be experienced directly with the feeling, the human body is
animated with infinite vibrations that reach well beyond the physical body. Our holistic being is thus
consist of various layers, each corresponding to a definite level of energy and to a specific vibration.
This workshop will guide you through simple techniques of approaching and listening to the information
provided by our energetic fields. A wonderful opportunity to feel and balance our whole being, which is a
source of deep joy and overflowing creativity.
