Lucy Ananda qualified as a teacher of Kundalini Yoga in 2009. Known as the "Yoga of Awareness" her inspirational classes guide you to awaken to your own experience as you develop physical strength, mental balance and inner radiance. Engaging your sensory body, you can open yourself up to the peace and harmony that exists within and release old patterns and habits that no longer serve you. 


These themed classes incorporate a series of dynamic kundalini yoga postures with powerful mantras, breath work, body locks and creative meditations. Regular practice can safely awaken the creative energy that exists within, offering the tools necessary to become your very best Self.


Minimum contribution of £350 per person.
Includes all accomodation, food, workshops, yoga and equipment. Not inclusive of flights and tranfers.

Awakening to your Inner Vitality

  • Practical inspirations and yogic tips for a happier and healthier life

Sharing ancient yogic techniques for starting your day well, effective exercises for getting the body out of stress, quick fixes to boost energy levels, foods that heal, simple breathing patterns to take you through the day, developing your intuition and creativity and guidelines for winding down to end your day well.

Includes practical information on kundalini yoga philosophy, mudra, mantra, pranayama and asana that can easily be incorporated into your daily practice.


Partner Yoga and Venus Kriya Workshop

  • Developing strength, trust and open communication

Partner Yoga is a non-competitive, deepening practice which encourages trust and open communication with your yoga partner. With an open mind, practicing partner yoga can provide a new challenge or spiritual experience as you move, breathe, relax and meditate together in perfect union. Partners are guided to assist one another within a range of postures and also provide touch and massage to relax the body.


This is a mindful practice that develops sensitivity and an inner awareness of the Self.  


Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage

  • Practical demonstrations and partner sequence practice

Thai Yoga Massage is a rejuvenating and deeply relaxing full body treatment that is applied in a meditative and flowing style. A fusion of Asian techniques dating back over 2,500 years, it incorporates applied yoga stretches with energising acupressure and relaxing massage. This ancient bodywork brings complete holistic balance to your body mind and soul.

A short sequence will be demonstrated with plenty of time and guidance for partners to both give and receive a treatment.


Reiki Healing Booster

  • Individual chakra balancing healing sessions

Reiki is a safe and effective energy healing system which initiates the relaxation response, allowing physical, emotional and spiritual balance to be restored. A chakra balancing booster session will leave you feeling relaxed, yet energised with a renewed sense of peace and perspective.


30 mins sessions, dependent on workshop duration and number of participants.


Chakra Dancing Workout for Body, Mind and Soul

  • Free-style Elemental Dance and Guided Meditation

Chakra Dancing is an exhilarating, liberating and ecstatic approach to improvisational movement. We all vibrate at many different frequencies which can be linked to specific areas of the body. Together we will connect to the elements through movement and meditation to liberate the natural flow of energy, harmonise and balance the chakras and strengthen our state of health and well-being.

Suitable for all, no previous experience required. Come with an open heart!
